📈 Promotion Policy
The promotion of students from one class to the next is based on their overall academic performance, regular attendance, and participation in co-curricular activities, in accordance with the guidelines of the education board and the school’s academic norms.
Promotion is granted after careful evaluation of a student’s continuous assessment, periodic tests, term examinations, and internal assessments conducted during the academic year.

📋 Criteria for Promotion
Minimum required attendance as prescribed by the board/school
Satisfactory performance in all scholastic subjects
Participation in co-scholastic activities
Completion of assigned projects, practical work, and internal assessments

📝 Assessment System
Continuous and comprehensive evaluation throughout the academic year
Periodic tests, subject enrichment activities, and term-end examinations
Grades and marks awarded as per board guidelines

⚠️ Special Considerations
Students not meeting the promotion criteria may be required to appear for re-tests / improvement exams
Final decision regarding promotion rests with the School Examination Committee / Principal
Parents will be informed and involved in case of academic concern
